At GroveTop Studio, every piece begins under the shelter of centuries-old oaks on our South Carolina homestead.
From our workshop at Oak Haven on Heritage Oaks Farm, every creation is hand-selected and hand-finished amidst the whisper of trees that have stood since before the American Revolution.
Most designs begins as an idea sketched beneath their branches and comes to life through careful hands and meaningful intent.
Rooted in Tradition
Crafted with Nature's Touch
Woven with Meaning
It's here, in the quiet of the grove, that we — John and Victoria — design and hand-assemble/finish jewelry and gifts that carry both meaning and beauty.
We draw inspiration from the resilience of nature and the timeless symbolism of Celtic tradition—knots that speak of eternity, crosses that bridge earth and sky, motifs shaped by the turning of the seasons, woods drawn from sacred landscapes, and stones formed long before dinosaurs ever walked the earth.
Working side by side, we take joy in turning these symbols into necklaces, charms, bookmarks, and keepsakes meant to be carried close to the heart.
Whether you're drawn to the serenity of a Celtic cross, the steadfastness of an anchor, or the wonder of acorns inspired by our grove, our hope is that you'll find a piece that speaks to your own story — and carries a touch of the grove's enduring spirit with it.
Our Approach
At GroveTop Studio, every design is sketched, tested, assembled, and/or selected & finished by hand here in Oak Haven at Heritage Oaks Farm - often while the sounds of wild birds and rustling leaves fill the workshop. We combine durable stainless steel with sterling silver and natural accents, layering materials that represent strength, balance, and connection. More recently, we've been excited to work more with and now offer stone and wood pieces too.
We take a craftsman’s approach to detail -testing metals against saltwater, sweat, and time - so every piece holds up to real life. Each piece of wood is lightly oiled and polished with beeswax, each ancient stone buffed to a shine. We don’t mass-produce. We build thoughtfully, one motif at a time, guided by the idea that meaningful jewelry & gifts should be both beautiful and enduring.
Our Philosophy
We believe jewelry & gifts should tell a story - not just about heritage, but about the path you’re on. Every motif we design draws from symbols that have stood the test of centuries: the cross for faith, the tree for growth, the heart for enduring love, the compass for direction, the acorn for potential. Together, they form reminders to stay grounded yet keep seeking.
GroveTop Studio isn’t about perfection -it’s about authenticity. We honor the old ways of craftsmanship while embracing modern materials, creating pieces that carry spirit, not trend. Each item is made to connect the wearer/owner with something larger: the land, the journey, and the legacy we all build by hand.

Our Metal Integrity Tests
Each piece in our collection undergoes a multi-phase durability test to ensure it endures salt, sweat, chlorine, and time / general wear.
Sweat Test
Each piece undergoes an acid test to confirm its authenticity and metal composition. We submerge each piece in acidic vinegar, simulating sweat, to verify that our metals are genuine stainless steel or sterling silver — never cheap alloys or coatings.
Salt Water Test
Saltwater is nature’s toughest challenge for metal. Our pieces are immersed to verify that the finish won’t flake, rust, or lose its luster — even in ocean air or humid conditions. It’s how we ensure strength worthy of the sea.
Chlorine Test
Chlorine can be surprisingly harsh on metals, so we expose our designs to controlled chlorine solutions to test for fading or pitting. The result: pieces that stay beautiful, even after a dip in the pool.
Before introducing any new design, we put a prototype of each piece through a rock tumbler test — mixing it with coins and keys to simulate years of real-world wear. Only when the metals and finishes meet our durability standards do we move forward using pieces from the same batch in our final collections.
Our Featured Pieces
The Celtic Cross
Hand-assembled in the quiet shade of our oak grove, the Celtic Heritage Cross is a pure, unadorned symbol of faith and ancestry. With no added motifs or charms, this piece speaks through its simplicity—just the cross itself, polished and enduring.
Elevate Your Style with Our Pinnacle Pendant Designs
At GroveTop Studio, each piece is a layered story. We start with the timeless foundation of a Celtic cross and crown it with a unique motif - what we like to call the “Pinnacle of the Pendant.” This signature layering transforms each pendant into a one-of-a-kind piece of wearable art, steeped in Celtic tradition and crafted with care in our ancient oak grove.
The Celtic Oak Leaf
Rooted in ancient symbolism, this piece joins the Celtic cross with the sacred oak leaf—an emblem of strength, endurance, and connection to the natural world. It’s a reminder that even as seasons change, your spirit can remain grounded and resilient, nourished by deep roots and timeless faith.
The Celtic Wayfinder
Inspired by the spirit of exploration, this piece combines the Celtic cross with a compass, symbolizing guidance and the journey to find your true path. It’s a reminder that wherever life takes you, your heritage and inner compass will help lead the way.
The Celtic Oak Seed
Inspired by new beginnings, this piece unites the Celtic cross with an acorn, symbol of potential and promise. Just as a mighty oak grows from a single seed, it represents growth, renewal, and the quiet power that comes from holding faith in life’s unfolding journey.

Each collection draws from Celtic tradition while reflecting timeless Christian values - honoring the beauty of creation, the gift of inspiration, and the light of renewal.
Druid’s Collection
Wisdom rooted in creation.
The Druid stands as a guardian of the natural world — a symbol of balance between heaven and earth. In Celtic tradition, Druids were keepers of sacred wisdom, understanding that God’s handiwork could be seen in every oak leaf and stream. This collection draws from that same reverence for creation — pieces that celebrate the presence of the Divine in nature, the quiet strength of trees, and the enduring wisdom that flows through all living things.
Bard’s Collection
The voice of inspiration and praise.
Bards were the poets, storytellers, and musicians of the Celtic world — keepers of memory and song. Their calling was to give voice to truth and beauty, much like the psalmists of Scripture. The Bard Collection honors that creative spirit — the spark that moves the heart to sing, to write, and to praise. Each piece reflects the harmony between artistry and faith, reminding us that inspiration itself is a sacred gift.
Ovate’s Collection
Renewal, transformation, and light.
The Ovate represents insight and renewal — the seer who perceives life’s hidden rhythms and the promise of resurrection woven into every season. In a Christian sense, the Ovate’s vision mirrors our call to discern God’s work in all things — the mystery of life, death, and rebirth. The pieces in this collection embody that luminous cycle: the spiraling motion of the Spirit, ever creating, ever renewing.
